Order Processing

Orders are typically processed in 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional events, order processing times may exceed our standard timeframe. We will make every effort to process orders as quickly as possible and will notify you of any significant delays.

Large quantity custom orders may require additional processing time.  

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Typical delivery estimates:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days
  • International Standard: 7–21 business days
  • International Expedited: 5–10 business days

Please note: processing time is separate from shipping time, and delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We can not control carrier delays caused by weather, mechanical issues, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.

Shipping Destinations

Crew Tags Int'l, LLC will NOT ship to Afghanistan, China, Colombia, Cuba, Ghana, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Nigeria, North Korea, Russia, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, or any other country to which the United States has embargoed goods; or any organization or company on the United States Commerce Department's Denied Parties List.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties imposed by their country. We cannot predict these charges, and they are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Orders shipped via DHL may include pre-paid duties and/or import taxes.  

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Risk of loss and title for items pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. Once a package is handed off to the carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier. However, we will gladly assist you with filing a claim and resolving any issues to the best of our ability. 

If your package shows as delivered but you cannot locate it:

  • Check with neighbors or building management
  • Verify the shipping address
  • Contact the carrier with your tracking number

For damaged items, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the package and product.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address.
If an address is entered incorrectly, we cannot guarantee package recovery or replacement. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update it before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.

Packages returned to us due to refusal, failed delivery attempts, or incorrect addresses may incur reshipping fees.

All orders are processed and shipped from our operations facility in Idaho, United States.
