Southwest Airlines "CREW" style luggage tags are NOT valid as Airline Identification. They are designed to keep a crew members bag on the plane that they are flying. Use of "CREW" style tags by anyone other than a crew member may actually cause your bag to be mis-routed to another city.
We strongly advise you NOT to order a "CREW" style product if you are not a crew member. We have numerous other products available for you to choose from.
I ordered online and the luggage tags came in the mail very quickly. I like the selection online, and the yellow color I picked is great for being able to pick my bag off the luggage carousel quickly. Printing is very easy to read as well. The tags seem very durable, and I sprung for the leather strap for each just to make sure the tags stayed on.
