UNCONDITIONAL TWO-YEAR WARRANTY
We back each and every Crew Tags® brand Luggage Tag that we sell with a completely unconditional TWO-YEAR WARRANTY. Your warranty is valid for two-years from the date of your original purchase. Even if your dog eats it, we'll send you another one. Simply mail the damaged Crew Tag® to the address below, along with your return address, email address, telephone number, and either a copy of your original sales receipt or your order number. (You can keep the dog - we've got enough K-9 problems of our own!)
Customer pays for return postage to Crew Tags® and any applicable Customs and/or Taxes.
LIMITED LIFETIME REPLACEMENT PLAN
Every Crew Tags® brand Luggage Tag that we have ever sold, regardless of purchase date, is now covered by a LIMITED LIFETIME REPLACEMENT PLAN. If you have a damaged Crew Tags® brand Luggage Tag, we will replace it for you at a 50% discount. Simply mail the tag to the address below, along with your return address, email address, telephone number, and either a copy of your original sales receipt or your order number. Upon receipt, we will email you instructions on how to claim your replacement tag at a 50% discount.
Under the terms of the Limited Lifetime Replacement Plan, Replacement Tag(s) will be IDENTICAL to the damaged tag(s) you send us. If the tag(s) you send us have been discontinued, you'll receive a 50% discount on the purchase of any other Crew Tags® brand Luggage Tags currently available on a one-for-one basis. For example, sending us TWO discontinued Crew Tags® will get you a 50% discount on any TWO Crew Tags® brand Luggage Tags currently being offered on our web site. Replacement Crew Tags® will be printed with the same personalization that appears on the original Crew Tags®.
Customer pays for return postage to Crew Tags®, Replacement Crew Tags® (at 50% Discount), plus shipping and any applicable Customs and/or Taxes.

Crew Tags® replaced under Warranty and/or our Lifetime Replacement Plan will be replaced with an IDENTICAL Crew Tag®, unless that tag has been discontinued. We will not make changes to tags being replaced under warranty.
Please, do NOT mail us Crew Tags® for replacement if you live in Afghanistan, Columbia, Cuba, Ghana, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Nigeria, North Korea, Sudan, Syria or any other country to which the United States has embargoed goods; or any organization or company on the United States Commerce Department's Denied Parties List.
Crew Tags Int'l, LLC will NOT return any of the Luggage Tags sent to us for any reason. If you live in an embargoed country, we will not only be unable to return your luggage tags to you, but we'll also be unable to ship you new luggage tags.
